Publication of the second edition of “Droit anglais des affaires” (English Business Law)

We are pleased to announce the publication of the second edition of Droit anglais des affaires, co-authored by our Senior Specialist, Simon Wesley, Honorary Member of the Lyon Bar and former Solicitor (England & Wales), together with Cécile Le Gallou, Professor of Private Law and Co-Director of the Master’s program in International Business Law at the School of Law, University of Toulouse Capitole.

The J.M. Deveaux Case: André Soulier, the lawyer who had the law changed
