Transportation & Logistics
Soulier Bunch advises, represents, and defends French and international companies across the logistics and transportation industry – road, maritime, air, and rail – on the full range of legal issues that may affect their business.
Our team works with transport operators, freight forwarders, forwarding agents, importers/exporters, insurers, and logistics providers to secure their operations, mitigate legal risks, and manage strategic disputes.
We advise our clients on the drafting and negotiation of strategic contracts (import and export agreements, multimodal transport contracts, freight forwarding agreements, marine insurance contracts, etc.), and assist with the review and revision of contractual documentation and practices (bills of lading, subcontracting, use of Incoterms, etc.).
Our team also handles pre-litigation and litigation matters, including the analysis of contractual, liability, and claim risks in supply chains, and defends clients in disputes involving delivery delays, damage or loss of goods, and contractual breaches, including in cases of exceptional incidents (such as derailments or maritime casualties).
