Representative work
- Advised a USA-based association for the advancement of technology in the electrical engineering and electronics industries in the management of its French Section: managed the legal secretarial works and the contractual relationships between the association and its French Section
- Counselled an endowment fund, whose members are primarily based in the Middle-East region, specialized in health issues and the assistance to patients: creation of the structure (including the preparation of bilingual by-laws), performance of the legal secretarial works, management of the contractual relationships and liaison with competent administrative authorities
- Advised an association with international reach specialized in the field of culture: performance of legal secretarial works and management of the contractual relationships
