We also provide judicial assistance before civil, commercial, criminal and administrative courts in connection with disputes or claims relating to chemicals, agrochemicals and other industrial products and assist key players of the different industries in their discussions with the administrative authorities on the interpretation and implementation of applicable French and European legislations.
Representative Work
- Assisted a large US industrial group specialized in the manufacture and sale of chemicals and plastic raw materials before the Commercial Court and Court of Appeals of Paris in a dispute against one of its clients, a dealer/retailer, in relation to the enforcement of the legal warranty against latent defects
- Assisted a US group specialized in the production and refining of chemical products in connection with the adaption of its whistleblowing program for compliance with French law and implementation of such program within its French subsidiary
- Assisted manufacturers of phytopharmaceutical products in disputes related to the delivery of market authorizations.
