Soulier Bunch processes personal data on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest pursued by Soulier Bunch when carrying out the following purposes: business development and marketing, client and prospect relationship management, and the organization, registration, and invitation to events hosted by Soulier Bunch;
- Performance of pre-contractual measures or of the engagement agreement concluded with Soulier Bunch processing data for the purposes of file and case management, administration and monitoring of Client matters, or debt collection;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations when processing data for purposes such as anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, anti-corruption measures, invoicing, and accounting.
Soulier Bunch retains personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable laws regulations. Accordingly, Client data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus three (3) years for business development and marketing purposes, without prejudice to mandatory retention periods or statutes of limitations. For anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing purposes, data is retained for five (5) years after the end of the business relationship with Soulier Bunch. For accounting purposes, data is retained for ten (10) years from the close of the relevant financial year.
The data processed is accessible only to authorized personnel of Soulier Bunch.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Clients who are natural persons have the following rights regarding their personal data: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to inquire, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to erasure. In addition, Clients have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of Soulier Bunch, as well as the right to object to their data being processed for direct marketing purposes.

Clients have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL)).
Personal data concerning the members of Soulier Bunch that are accessible on this website may not be collected and/or processed without the prior and express consent of the concerned member.
