Soulier Avocats, founded in 1960 under the leadership of André Soulier and Jean-Luc Soulier, an independent, full-service law firm based in Paris and Lyon, member of the international network World Law Group, which brings together more than 21.000 lawyers across 87 countries.
Bunch, established in 2022 by partners from national and international law firms, internationally focused and driven by a proactive, business-oriented culture.
Formed on October 1, 2025, through the union of these two firms, Soulier Bunch advises and represents French and international businesses, and delivers comprehensive legal services to key players across the industrial, economic, and financial sectors.

Fees
Soulier Bunch recognizes its obligation to deliver effective legal services at a fair price.
Our fees are determined in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the rules issued by the French National Bar Council.
We generally invoice our services based on time spent. Our attorneys’ and paralegals’ hourly rates are determined on the basis of their experience and seniority.
Where appropriate, we may also offer customized alternative billing arrangements that provide our clients with cost predictability while ensuring effective cost control.are established in accordance with the rules set forth by French law and by the French Bar Association.
We generally invoice our services on a time spent basis. Our attorneys’ and paralegals’ hourly rates are determined on the basis of their experience and seniority.
Wherever applicable, we can also apply, on a case-by-case basis, customized alternative billing arrangements that help our clients benefit from reliable expense predictability and maintain at all times efficient cost-control.
