Myriam Alouache

Myriam focuses her practice on commercial law, contract law, and business litigation, representing clients before civil and commercial courts as well as supporting negotiation strategies.

She advises French and international clients, including SMBs, industrial groups, and innovative companies, in disputes relating to contract performance and termination, shareholder disputes, and contractual and tort liability.

She also has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution, in particular arbitration, as well as in white-collar crime.

Myriam joined the firm in 2025 after gaining experience with international law firms in Paris and abroad (Asia).

She works in French and English, and can also assist clients in Arabic.

Representative Matters

Business litigation

• Advised a leading data center operator in business disputes, including with respect to contract termination, debt collection actions, and bankruptcy/insolvency proceedings
• Assisted companies in obtaining interim relief before the summary judge and in implementing preparatory inquiries (including court-ordered expert investigations and preventive attachment of bank accounts)

Shareholder disputes

• Assisted shareholders of a telecommunications group in disputes relating to governance and the performance of a shareholders’ agreement

Business law & Regulatory

• Advised and represented a company in the construction industry in regulatory inspections by the French General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Protection and Frauds (DGCCRF) concerning its commercial practices and regulatory obligations
