Julien Chauplannaz

Julien specializes in business litigation, advising and representing companies, their directors and corporate officers before commercial, civil, and criminal courts.

He regularly handles disputes arising from abrupt termination of established business relationships, equity and post-acquisition disputes, and conflicts involving commercial agency agreements. Julien has also built a strong reputation in unfair competition matters, handling both proceedings on the merits and summary proceedings (including ex parte applications).
