After practicing law for thirty-seven years (1986–2023), Franck Buffaud is now Attorney Emeritus.
Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of business law issues and has developed a cross-disciplinary and pragmatic approach to the legal challenges faced by companies. He has advised numerous foreign groups on their investment operations in France, as well as French groups on the structuring and implementation of their international expansion.
Over the decades, he has gained an in-depth understanding of the cultural and economic specificities that shape the success of cross-border operations. His ability to navigate complex legal environments and anticipate the expectations of business stakeholders has earned him the trust of clients across diverse industries.
